Ingredients

  • 3 oz sparkling wine (cava)
  • 2.50 oz hibiscus tea
  • 2/3 oz soda or sparkling water
  • 1/2 tbsp Grand Marnier (or Cointreau)
  • 3/4 tsp sugar or plain syrup
  • 1/8 mango, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 mandarin, sliced
  • 1/2 lime, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brew the hibiscus tea with the sugar in hot water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  2. Wash and slice the fruits.
  3. Combine the fruits, hibiscus infusion, and Grand Marnier, then cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  4. In a pitcher, combine the chilled Cava, soda, and macerated fruits.
  5. Gently mix and serve with ice cubes.
