Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. Aperol
  • 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 oz. Suze (gentian liqueur)
  • 3/4 oz. absinthe

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Aperol, Lillet, and Suze.
  2. Stir the ingredients, then strain them into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. In a separate glass filled with ice, mix absinthe until it turns milky-white.
  4. Float the absinthe over the cocktails.
