Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 tsp agave
  • 5 oz red wine
  • Red food coloring
  • Lime juice
  • Sugar
  • Strawberry sparkling water
  • Fresh strawberry (cut in heart shape)

Instructions

  1. In two shallow dishes, pour lime juice in one and sugar in the other.
  2. Run red food coloring along the rim of a cocktail glass.
  3. Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice and then in sugar to coat.
  4. Add tequila, triple sec, agave, and red wine to the glass, then stir.
  5. Top off with strawberry sparkling water.
  6. Garnish the rim with a heart-shaped strawberry.
