Ingredients

  • 6 oz IPA with grapefruit notes
  • 6 oz grapefruit soda
  • Fresh grapefruit slice, for garnish
  • Fresh mint, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Ensure the IPA and grapefruit soda are nicely chilled.
  2. Place a slice of grapefruit in a tall glass, wedging it to follow the curvature of the glass bottom.
  3. Pour the IPA, filling 1/2 to 3/4 of the glass depending on sweetness preference.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and drop in 1 or 2 ice cubes.
