Ingredients

  • 1.50 ounces Plantation Pineapple rum
  • 0.50 ounces cachaça
  • 0.75 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 ounces demerara syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura or pimento bitters
  • 1 small fresh mint leaf (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
