- 0.50 oz Salers Aperitif
- 0.25 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 oz citrus scrap syrup (made from leftover lemon and orange peels macerated with an equal weight of sugar)
Instructions
- Prepare the citrus scrap syrup by macerating leftover lemon and orange peels with an equal weight of sugar, massaging the peels to release the oils. Allow it to sit overnight, then strain the liquid out.
- In a mixing glass with ice, stir together the Cazadores Añejo Tequila, Salers Aperitif, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and citrus scrap syrup.
