Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides
  • 1 shot espresso

Instructions
