Ingredients
- 0.25 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 1.50 cups boiling water
- 0.50 cup fresh lime juice
- 0.50 cup ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)
- 0.50 cup ginger beer
- 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish
- fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Steep hibiscus petals in boiling water for 5 minutes
- Strain the mixture into a heatproof bowl set in a bowl of ice to speed cooling
- Cool completely
- Transfer to a small pitcher
- Stir in lime juice and ginger liqueur
- Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with mint and ginger slices
