Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (made from 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 2 oz gin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • Soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar to create the cinnamon sugar rim.
  2. Run a wedge of lemon or lime around the rim of each glass and dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. In a small jug, whisk together the raspberry jam, gin, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared glasses and top with ice.
  5. Pour the Chambord and soda over the ice and gently stir to combine.
