  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz Used Grapefruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 1/2 oz soda water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the gin, grapefruit syrup, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the contents are completely chilled.
  3. Pour the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe glass.
