Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Bulldog gin
  • 3 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or sugar syrup per drink (optional)
  • Grapefruit slices and rosemary, to garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins Glass with ice
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the gin, grapefruit juice, and optional syrup
  3. Shake until cold
  4. Strain into the glass
