Ingredients

  • 1/8 oz Kahlua
  • 1/8 oz Galliano
  • 1/4 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • Hot Dark Roast Coffee
  • Cinnamon sugar and Star Anise for garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) 35% whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp (15 ml) Galliano Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Using a stand-up mixer or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Add powdered sugar and Galliano Liqueur to the whipped cream and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a heat-proof glass or mug, combine Kahlua, Galliano, and Baileys. Fill the glass with hot coffee and top with dollops of whipped cream.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and garnish with a star anise.
