Ingredients
- 1/8 oz Kahlua
- 1/8 oz Galliano
- 1/4 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- Hot Dark Roast Coffee
- Cinnamon sugar and Star Anise for garnish (optional)
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) 35% whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tbsp (15 ml) Galliano Liqueur
Instructions
- Using a stand-up mixer or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Add powdered sugar and Galliano Liqueur to the whipped cream and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- In a heat-proof glass or mug, combine Kahlua, Galliano, and Baileys. Fill the glass with hot coffee and top with dollops of whipped cream.
- Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and garnish with a star anise.
