Ingredients

  • 5 oz rosé wine
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp simple syrup
  • Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into a 9" x 13" baking pan and place it in the freezer for up to 6 hours, or until almost solid.
  2. Remove the mixture and scrape it into a blender, breaking up any larger icy bits.
  3. Add the Aperol, lemon juice, and simple syrup, along with 3/4 cup of crushed ice, to the blender.
  4. Puree the mixture until it thickens.
  5. Divide the blended Frosé evenly among 4 coupe glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a lemon twist.
