Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Open the shaker, add ice, then shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass, top with a cherry, and serve.
