Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 1/2 Bailey's (mini or about 1/8 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a lid, pour milk (2% or whole milk) and shake vigorously back and forth for a minute, until foamy.
  2. Remove the lid and microwave for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a small glass with ice.
  4. Pour coffee into the glass.
  5. Pour Bailey's into the glass.
  6. Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into the glass. Take spoonfuls of the foam to add on top of the latte.
  7. Optionally, add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
  8. Stir to combine and then enjoy!
