Ingredients

  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Vanilla Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Ice
  • 5 oz Sprite (or other Lemon-Lime Soda)
  • Maraschino Cherry, for garnish, optional
  • Simple Syrup
  • Crushed Candy Cane

Instructions

  1. Pour some simple syrup into a shallow dish, and crushed candy canes into another dish.
  2. Roll the rim of the glass into the syrup and then dip into the crushed candy canes. Set aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the peppermint schnapps, vanilla rum, and blue curaçao. Shake well.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the mixed ingredients over the ice.
  5. Top up the glass with Sprite.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
