Ingredients

  • 2-3 scoops peppermint ice cream
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 oz rum
  • 6 oz ginger ale
  • 1-2 small peppermint candy canes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with plastic wrap and scoop 2-3 round scoops of the ice cream onto it. Freeze the scoops for later use as garnish.
