Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries and sliced strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 1/4 cup seltzer, chilled

Instructions

  1. Freeze the strawberries and raspberries by spreading them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then placing them in a resealable plastic freezer bag and returning them to the freezer.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the apricot nectar, ginger ale, grape juice, and vodka.
  3. Let the mixture chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Add the seltzer and frozen berries when ready to serve.
