  • 1 1/2 oz good tequila (Lalo or Casamigos recommended)
  • 1/4 oz cointreau
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp egg whites (fresh or from the carton)
  • Salt, for serving
  • Ice

Instructions
