Ingredients

  • 2 oz Greenall's Gin
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz cream
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1 splash almond extract
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Greenall's Gin, egg white, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Dry shake or vigorously froth for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 ice cubes to the shaker and shake until melted.
  4. Add cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract, and shake for an additional 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into a collins glass.
  6. Slowly pour club soda into the glass until the froth lifts above the rim.
  7. Top with colorful sprinkles.
