Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 1/8 cup Baileys
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a lid, pour the milk and shake vigorously for about a minute until it becomes foamy. Remove the lid and microwave for 15 seconds.
  2. Fill a small glass with ice and pour the coffee over it.
  3. Pour the Baileys into the glass.
  4. Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into the glass. Then, use the spoon to add foam on top of the latte.
  5. Optionally, add whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup on top.
  6. Stir gently to combine and enjoy this delightful holiday drink!
