Ingredients

  • 1 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 2.50 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
  • 1 cup of Ice
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine French vanilla coffee creamer, coffee cream liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice.
  2. Blend on the crush ice setting until the mixture reaches the consistency of a frappuccino.
  3. Pour the blended cocktail into a highball glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
