Ingredients
- 1 oz French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 1.25 oz Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur
- 1 tsp honey or simple syrup
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 tbsp Canned Coconut Cream (the solid part at the top of the can)
- 1 cup of Ice
- optional toppings: whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Place the French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Somrus Coffee Cream Liqueur, honey or simple syrup, dark rum, canned coconut cream, and ice into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on the crush ice setting until the mixture reaches the consistency of a frappuccino.
- Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream, a cherry, and chocolate shavings.
