Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Fords Gin
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce Skinos Mastiha liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lavender simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine Fords Gin, lime juice, Skinos Mastiha liqueur, lavender simple syrup, and egg white in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice until chilled.
  3. Strain to remove the ice, then shake again without ice.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass over ice.
  5. Garnish by adding crème de violette with a dropper bottle.
