Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • extra ice, if needed
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • extra ice, if needed
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons silver tequila
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • extra ice, if needed
  • Optional: a fresh lime wedge and margarita salt or sugar, to rim the glass

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen strawberries, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra ice if needed.
  2. Pour the first flavor into the serving glass until it's 1/3 full.
  3. Rinse the blender and repeat the blending process with the frozen blueberries and tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and ice.
  4. Carefully layer the blueberry mixture on top of the strawberry mixture in the serving glass.
  5. Rinse the blender and blend the coconut milk, tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and ice until smooth.
  6. Layer the coconut milk mixture on top of the blueberry mixture in the serving glass.
  7. Optionally rim the glass with lime wedge and margarita salt or sugar.
