Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 oz. Ghia Nonalcoholic Aperitif
  • 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice (about 1 1/2 lemons)
  • 1 1/2 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 3 oz. nonalcoholic sparkling wine
  • Lemon and orange slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup water over medium heat, whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cinnamon stick and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes to infuse flavor.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard cinnamon stick.
  5. In a large pitcher filled with ice, add 3 oz. Ghia Nonalcoholic Aperitif, 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice, 1 1/2 oz. pomegranate juice, and 1 oz. Cinnamon Syrup. Stir well.
  6. Gently stir in 3 oz. nonalcoholic sparkling wine.
  7. Garnish generously with lemon and orange slices and serve in ice-filled wine glasses.
