Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 2 oz skim milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce or syrup
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • Fine sugar for decorating the glass rim
  • 1 tbsp dark and white chocolate shavings
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stemless glass by moistening the rim with a damp paper cloth and dipping it in sugar.
  2. In a shaker, combine espresso, skim milk, chocolate sauce, Kahlua, and ice cubes. Shake well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon on top of the whipped cream.
