Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 oz evaporated milk
- 3/4 oz cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 oz white, añejo or spiced Puerto Rican rum
- Garnish: 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Bring to a simmer while stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Stir in the rum until well combined.
- Pour the Coquito into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks.
