Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1/16 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 tablespoon brandy
  • 3 ounces Prosecco
  • 1/8 cup Grenadine
  • 1 twist of orange peel

Instructions

  1. Create a simple syrup by dissolving the sugar in the hot water. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a shaker, mix the orange juice, Grand Marnier, brandy, and simple syrup. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. When ready to serve, add the Prosecco to the shaker and gently stir.
  4. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute. With the glass slightly tilted, slowly pour a splash of Grenadine down the inside of the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve.
