Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tom & Jerry batter
  • 1 oz Plantation Barbados rum
  • 1 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac
  • 6 oz Milk, heated
  • Garnish: Grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place the Tom & Jerry batter in a preheated 10 oz Irish Coffee mug.
  2. Add the rum and cognac to the mug.
  3. Heat the milk using a hot pot or in a saucepan.
  4. Vigorously stir the batter while adding the heated milk to combine the ingredients.
  5. Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
