Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 2 oz. vodka (preferably Absolut Elyx Vodka)
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Muddle fresh mint leaves and cucumber.
  2. Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the muddled mixture and shake well.
  3. Pour the mixture over a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top it off with Prosecco.
