Ingredients

  • 1 oz coffee-infused vodka
  • 0.50 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz walnut liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • Dark beer

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice, and pour dark beer to fill it halfway.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine coffee-infused vodka, Ancho Reyes, honey syrup, walnut liqueur, and egg white.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients vigorously for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Add ice to the shaker, then shake again for another 10 seconds.
  5. Double strain the mixture over the dark beer in the glass, allowing the cocktail to float on top.
