Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 3/4 cups oat milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of vanilla powder
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 2 tbsp non-alcoholic rum (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the cashews: Place the cashews in a small bowl and cover them with boiling water, allowing them to soak for 20 minutes.
- Blend ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine soaked cashews, oat milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and cloves. Blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Strain the mixture: Use a fine mesh or nut-milk bag to strain the nut pulp from the eggnog, leaving a smooth texture.
