Ingredients

  • 3 oz. marshmallow flavored vodka
  • 1.50 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • 3 oz. half and half or 2% milk
  • Garnishes:
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare a martini glass by dipping the rim in chocolate syrup and then graham cracker crumbs until thoroughly coated.
  2. Add the marshmallow flavored vodka, Godiva chocolate liqueur, and half and half to a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass and garnish with roasted marshmallows.
  5. Note: Roast the marshmallows by placing them on skewer sticks and lightly browning them using a kitchen torch.
