Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 7 oz oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 2 tbsp non-alcoholic rum (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the cashews: In a small bowl, cover the cashews with boiling water and let them soak for 20 minutes.
- Add to blender: Combine all ingredients (except the non-alcoholic rum) in a high-speed blender with the soaked cashews. Blend on high for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Strain: Use a fine mesh or a nut milk bag to strain the nut pulp from the smooth eggnog.
- Stir in the rum: If using, stir in the non-alcoholic rum.
