Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup natural orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 4 oz Prosecco (or Champagne or any sparkling white wine)
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau (or another orange liqueur)

Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne glass in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine the orange juice and half and half in the glass until well mixed.
  3. Pour Prosecco into the glass, filling it halfway.
  4. Slowly top off the glass with the remaining Prosecco.
  5. Add a splash of the orange liqueur to the glass (about 1/2 teaspoon).
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and serve chilled.
