  • 1/4 oz Verjus Blanc
  • 1/2 oz fino sherry
  • 1 oz fortified tomato water dashi
  • 1 1/2 oz Mizu Saga Barley Shochu
  • Green Chartreuse rinse (optional)

  1. Combine Verjus Blanc, fino sherry, fortified tomato water dashi, and Mizu Saga Barley Shochu in a mixing glass and stir.
