Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Pecan Whiskey
  • 1.50 oz. Crème de Cocoa
  • 0.75 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1.50 oz. Half & Half
  • 1 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • Chocolate syrup for swirling
  • Caramel sauce for rim
  • Finely chopped pecans for rim

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass into a plate with caramel sauce; turn to coat.
  2. Dip the rim into a plate with chopped pecans; turn to coat.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pecan whiskey, crème de cacao, butterscotch schnapps, half & half, and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  4. Swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of the prepared martini glass, starting at the base and working your way up to nearly the top of the rim.
  5. Strain the martini into the glass. Enjoy!
