Ingredients

  • Swirl of chocolate syrup for coating the martini glass
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • Lindt Chocolate Truffles for optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Coat the inside of a martini glass with a swirl of chocolate syrup.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with one cup of ice.
  3. Add 2 ounces each of vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and dark chocolate liqueur to the shaker.
  4. Hold the shaker sideways and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
  5. Strain the chocolate martini into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail pick holding dark and white chocolate truffles (optional).
