Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • 1 oz half and half or heavy cream
  • 1 oz chocolate syrup or 1/2 oz grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garnish: For chocolate syrup garnish, hold the martini glass at an angle and drizzle a thin stream of chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass. For grated chocolate garnish, wet the rim of the glass with water, then dip into grated chocolate to coat the edges.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and half and half.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a garnished martini glass and serve.
