Ingredients

  • 2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (for rimming)
  • 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder (for rimming)
  • Chocolate Syrup (for swirl inside of the glass)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping (optional))
  • Chocolate Sprinkles (for topping (optional))
  • Chocolate Bar (for shaving (optional))

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes (optional).
  2. Mix sugar and cocoa powder on a small plate or shallow bowl.
  3. Dip the rim of the martini glass into a small amount of water (about 1/2 inch) in a small bowl.
  4. Rotate the dampened glass in the sugar mixture until the rim is coated.
  5. Coat the inside of the martini glass with chocolate syrup, starting at the bottom and rotating.
  6. In a martini shaker, combine the Godiva, Baileys, vodka, and ice, then shake.
  7. Pour the mixture into the glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate toppings as desired.
