Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cream of Coconut (sweetened coconut cream)
  • 2 tbsp Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 oz Dark Rum or Spiced Rum

Instructions

  1. Combine condensed coconut milk, cream of coconut, canned coconut milk, almond milk, rum, vanilla extract, and spices in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Chill the cocktail in a sealed glass bottle or jug in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, shake/stir. If too thick, thin with 2-4 tablespoons of extra almond milk, stir to combine, and serve.
  5. Serve in a glass with a stick of cinnamon and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
