Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz mint syrup
  • 6-8 fresh ice cubes
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Sprigs of fresh mint leaves, whole cranberries, and wedges of limes for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves until they start to break apart.
  2. Add mint syrup and lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Put several ice cubes into the shaker.
  4. Pour in the vodka and cranberry juice.
  5. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  6. Divide the mixture into two standard rocks glasses filled with fresh ice.
  7. Top each glass with ginger beer.
  8. Garnish with whole cranberries, sprigs of fresh mint, and lime wedges.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
