Ingredients
- 4 oz Ocean Spray 100% Juice Cranberry Juice
- 1.50 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Trop 50 Orange Juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz pasteurized egg whites
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the cranberry juice to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, and let the cranberry juice simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced to 2-3 oz. Set it aside to cool.
- Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes.
- In a shaker, combine the reduced cranberry juice, bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and egg whites. Shake vigorously for no more than 10 seconds.
