Ingredients

  • 4 oz Ocean Spray 100% Juice Cranberry Juice
  • 1.50 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Trop 50 Orange Juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz pasteurized egg whites

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the cranberry juice to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and let the cranberry juice simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced to 2-3 oz. Set it aside to cool.
  3. Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes.
  4. In a shaker, combine the reduced cranberry juice, bourbon, orange juice, lemon juice, and egg whites. Shake vigorously for no more than 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the ice in the lowball glass.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with an orange slice or peel and fresh cranberries before serving.
