Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberries, plus more for serving
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped apples, plus more, thinly sliced, for serving
  • 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 oz red wine
  • Ice
  • 4 oz seltzer water or ginger ale

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, mix brandy, cranberries, apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Add red wine, stir well to combine, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 12 hours for better flavor infusion.
