Ingredients
- 1 oz amontillado sherry
- 3/4 oz blanco tequila
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Heaping spoonful raspberry jam or preserves
- Small pinch salt
- 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Cucumber Tonic Water
Instructions
- Fill a mixing tin with ice, then add amontillado sherry, blanco tequila, lemon juice, raspberry jam, and a pinch of salt.
- Shake the mixture until chilled.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled double Old-Fashioned glass over ice.
