Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 to 4 tablespoons cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
- cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, rum, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend on low speed until well combined, for about 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- For the best flavor, let the Coconut Rum Delight chill for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days.
