Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 fl oz cream of coconut
  • 1.50 fl oz evaporated milk
  • 1 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.50 fl oz Puerto Rican rum
  • Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add the Puerto Rican rum to the mixture and stir again.
  4. Strain the liquid using a fine-mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight for the best flavor.
