Ingredients

  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 oz lowfat evaporated milk
  • 0.75 oz dark rum
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Dark rum
  • Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large blender, combine cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Blend until well-combined and frothy.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher, cover, and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
  3. In a small bowl or shallow dish, mix sugar and the remaining cinnamon.
  4. Moisten the edges of a 6-ounce glass with rum or water, then dip the rims in the sugar mixture. Set aside until dry.
  5. Serve the chilled mixture in the prepared glass and garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired.
  6. Store the remaining mixture covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Whisk before serving.
