Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2-3 tbsp cream of coconut
- 3 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the cinnamon sticks.
- Blend on low speed until well combined, about 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- For the best flavor, let the coquito chill for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days.
- Shake before serving.
- Serve chilled and garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
